If you have never practiced yoga before then a dedicated prenatal yoga class would be recommended.

Can I Practice Yoga If I Have An Injury or Condition?

Yoga is a very beneficial practice for many conditions, injuries and chronic illnesses. Please let Morgan know if you have any existing injuries, most importantly, always listen to your body. Morgan will be able to show you how to modify poses, which poses to avoid, and maybe even guide you toward poses to heal what ails you. You might also need to back off your intensity with the practice to avoid making the injury worse.
